Corporate Value Engagement Program: “21 Days, 21 Questions”

United Flour Mill Public Company Limited (UFM), one of Thailand’s leading wheat flour manufacturers and distributors, has launched an internal corporate engagement initiative titled “21 Days, 21 Questions.”
The objective of this activity is to encourage employee participation and strengthen understanding of the organization’s shared work principles — its Core Values.

This initiative aims to support efficient work practices and align daily operations with UFM’s long-term vision. Over the course of 21 days, employees receive one question per day, with each question directly linked to UFM’s Core Values known as PIES, which consists of:

Upholding high standards of work, accountability, and ethical conduct while maintaining a reliable and self-disciplined approach to achieve excellence.

I – Innovation
Encouraging creative thinking, openness to new ideas, continuous learning, and improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Demonstrating respect, understanding, attentive listening, teamwork, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

S – Synergy
Working together with shared goals, combining strengths, and collaborating effectively to achieve collective success.

Mrs. Wantana Thongthai, Chair of the Executive Board of United Flour Mill Public Company Limited (UFM), stated: “UFM is committed to sustainable organizational growth, with our employees being our most valuable asset. The ‘21 Days, 21 Questions’ initiative plays an important role in reinforcing understanding of the organization’s Core Values, encouraging employees to apply them in their daily work. As part of the closing ceremony, Mrs. Wantana Thongthai, Chair of the Executive Board, together with Mrs. Vechanee Karncharoen, Executive Board Member, presented awards to employees who demonstrated outstanding comprehension, accuracy, and application of UFM’s Core Values throughout the program.

The initiative received an overwhelmingly positive response, successfully achieving its goals of strengthening organizational values, inspiring employees, and motivating the workforce to perform with excellence — contributing to UFM’s continued sustainable growth.
