Star Custard Cream Powder

For making dessert fillings with a smooth, stable custard texture, delicately sweet and aromatic, with good shelf life.

1. Mix 100 g of Star Brand Custard Powder with 300 g of water or fresh milk and stir until well combined.

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture is cooked and thickened, ready for use.

Note: If a thinner custard is desired, the amount of liquid can be increased as needed.
