Tippy

1. Mix 1 sachet of Tippy with 200 ml of water until well combined.
2. Dip meat or vegetables into the prepared batter.
3. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve hot.

For Thai-style fried bananas (Kluai Khaek), add shredded coconut and white sesame seeds, then season with salt and sugar to taste.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended, if possible.
